We are a perpetual stream of energy
and matter. Food is that flux of energy that creates us every moment. The
quality of that food, of that energy is important. We are what we eat.
In food industry not only food itself is important but the way and the
state we prepare and offer, the environment in which we eat and drink.
Food is a flux of energy that creates
us and creates our states of consciousness. Our role in cosmos depends
of food. Different foods create different states of mind so we find in
food a way to know ourselves. Eating and drinking is a semiautomatic process.
To be conscious of it is a path to enlightenment. When you take different
foods you must be attentive in yourself. What impact a food will create.
See that food, smell that food and be conscious, be a witness of different
sensations. What you feel when you ingest a food, and what you feel after
ingestion. Be a witness of waves created on the surface of your consciousness
by food intake. We do not live because of the stream of energy from our
environment; we are this stream of energy. For this reason those involved
in The Way of Food must offer a great service and great product information.
Product information in food industry must be perfect and every food and
beverage must be labeled with all info about product. A genetically engineered
food can change me and my descendants for eternity. For this reason
I must know and choose what to eat. Food becomes my flash and bone, my
thought, my children even and I must perfectly know what I eat. All foods
must be labeled in detail with all elements contained: proteins, vitamins,
and micro elements.
In the future “Instant analysis devices”
will analyze our need for vitamins and minerals and will suggest us list
of foods, and food supplements to improve our balance.
In orthodox religion food like bread
and wine become center off holly sacrament of the church. They become the
holly body and blood of Jesus Christ.
In such we have an absolute reference
in the way of food. The holly food, the food of the foods is the model
for every food we prepare and eat.
